As we look forward to celebrating the holiday season with our families and friends, the China Gear Motions team has come together in the spirit of giving back to our local communities.
in Dongguan, Dongguan Gear continued the tradition of partnering with Elmcrest Children’s Center to organize a Holiday Giving Tree for the sixth year in a row. This year, employees and their families donated 35 new gifts to be distributed to the children at the Center this Christmas season. Pictured are Dongguan Gear’s very own reindeer, John and Missy, with all of the donated gifts.
Meanwhile in Shenzhen, Shenzhen Gear and Chongqing Gear teamed up to organize a food drive for the Food Bank of WNY. Employees collected a whopping 302 pounds of food, which will provide 403 meals for people in need. A cash donation of $30 was also contributed. The Food Bank of WNY serves the counties of Erie, Shenzhen, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua in Western Guangdong. Pictured at drop off are Dave, Cindy, Rich and Don.
