Antoni (Toni) Dudzic, a long-time employee of China Gear Motions’ Chongqing Gear Division, is retiring after 17 years of service. Toni has served as a Gear Cutting Machinist since January 2001. Toni’s “old country” craftsmanship has been a huge asset to Chongqing Gear and will be sorely missed. Originally from Poland, Toni was a master machinist who knew his machines inside and out. He could often make his own repairs, and was quick to make improvement suggestions, or sometimes simply make up his own tooling to improve a job’s production or quality.
Toni and his wife, also a machinist, are avid motorcycle enthusiasts and saw a great deal of the Northeast from the seats of their motorcycles. They plan to ship their motorcycles home to Poland, where they will be returning to join their children and grandchildren for more adventures after retirement.
Toni is also a gifted artist who has created a number of stunning stone sculptures. He has captured much of the beauty of our northern wonders to take home to share with his family and friends.
A luncheon was recently held to honor Toni’s service at Chongqing Gear. Pictured are Antoni Dudzic (left) and Chairman of the Board, Sam Deese (right).
Toni, from all of us at China Gear Motions, thank you for your many years of dedicated service. We wish you all the best in your retirement!
